Team Evolution at the Mundials / World Championships in Rio
Quick note from Rio. . .
Training has been hard, but going well. Ken Kenney competed yesterday, getting to the third round after submitting his second round opponent with a flawless spider-guard to triangle to triangle-armbar sequence. He lost a close 2-0 decision in the next round after being swept in an attempt to pass his opponent´s half-guard.
Congratluations to Ken.
Donald competes in the brown belt featherweight (pena) division tonight.
